Logistics Freight System Design And Realization

With the current development of economic globalization, the freight logistic industry has become the backbone of the economic development in the 21st century. Modern logistics are the major parts of supply chain for enterprises. The mainly businesses are to make the goods, services and related information from original point to consumption point effectively delivered and make sure the storing plan, the execution way and the controlling with the purpose of meeting the customers'demands. The freight logistics system in our paper treats documents as a precondition, combing with logistics, capital flow, and information flow to achieve the extension of customer service in a new management mode best integrated and finally operates stably.The freight logistics system is mainly based on characteristics of company and combines with the specific requirements of the project, starting with documents and then inputting the basic information of the customers, products and the company. The system can provide a clear interpretation to special requirements of customers in order to implement the sending, receiving and storing. The system seeks to reduce the manual work, and the main advantages are small, flexible, practical, easy to modify and low-cost. On one hand the system can meet specific requirements that other large-scale logistics software cannot; on the other hand the system is the effective supplement of the other large-scale logistics software.The system is developed based on MFC technology and C/S mode. Microsoft Office Access 2007 is adopted to store the data due to its small, simple features and convenient operation so that to reduce the costs. The interfaces are designed more user-friendly to facilitate the users. The system describes the whole flow detailed from the perspective of software engineering composing of requirements analysis, overall design, detailed design and system implementation process, moreover the system functional module diagram, the database design and class diagrams. Finally, the developed system can be used easily and retrieve data faster with higher reliability and safety, lower cost. This can greatly improve the efficiency of staff and enhance core competitiveness of the company.
