| With the dramatic development of power electronic devices in modern society, they are used more and more widely comparatively in different fields. The insulation resistance, an important parameter which is used in measuring devices'quality of insulation, therefore becomes more important. In this topic, the Single-Chip Microcomputer as well as the high-voltage switch voltage-stabilized source is applied in the multi-channel dielectric resistance test system. It can realize the intellectualization, the automation as well as the multi-channel loop test. Besides, the results of test are analyst, processed and managed in computer. This fully satisfies the demanding of insulation test various aspects in electric power industry. This paper mainly focuses on the designation and realization of dielectric resistance auto-cycle testing system.At the beginning of the article, domestic and foreign study at present was discussed. Based on the shortcomings of dielectric resistance measuring instruments in application, the requirement and design goal of the dielectric resistance auto-cycle testing system are proposed. Through discussing and analyzing, complete software design proposal and hardware design proposal are given in this article according to the requirement and design goal. In the hardware design, reasonable periphery circuit is designed and two test methods are suggested, the method based on the statistical analysis and the method based on the integrity analysis of invasion. Part of concrete realization flow chart and the contact surface chart are given in the software design.The dielectric resistance tester developed in this topic bases on the multi-channel loop test. It can reflect the insulation and breakover situation of devices and gives the corresponding alarm according to the situation. |
