Zhejiang Thousand Villages Networking Platform For The Design And Realization

To speed up the construction of the rural information is an important way to develop agricultural productivity. It is also the important symbol of modern agriculture as well as the content of new countryside. Zhejiang province-wide rural Networking platform covering all villages comprehensive information, it is based on the website cluster platform technology design, providing buffet-build web services to new rural and agricultural enterprises, organic and other units or individuals who need a web site. The construction of the new countryside-covering of Zhejiang province information services platform is to built new rural information service of Zhejiang province, and promote multi-level network among thousands of villages and townships Internet engineering.This paper describes the background and application value of project construction, expounds the existing problems of Zhejiang agricultural informatization construction process and rural informatization construction. It briefly introduces principle for the system of village networking platform and main functions of the system and structure design. Million-village networking platform system modules are also introduced in this paper, in order to form a complete online information service platform system.Zhejiang province-wide rural Networking platform is made up of six function modules. They are group of unified management platform,million village issueing platform, statistical analysis and decision subsystem, intelligent template management subsystem, fulltext retrieval subsystem and task management subsystem (automatic publishing, automatic ranking). During the construction of this project, basing on current mainstream template technology, we developed independently the intelligent template (?) technology to realize the metadata definition, column custom, template networking, layout adaptive functions and ensure the system scalability. We analyse the system of a large number of rural work management, agricultural production and processing technology, farmers obtain employment, supply and demand information such data clustering by using data analysis and mining technology. We provide data support to the leaders of the decision and ervices for farmers'production and life. The distributed parallel computing techniques and load balancing technology can solve high concurrent high flow brings system performance problems and ensure that system operation reliability and stability. After making effort for more than a year, we establish the objectoriented province million village networking platform. Up to now, there are 2.6million new rural construction site within the whole province, including more than 1400 sites on the towns(streets), 7300 sites for agricultural economic subject and 1300 farm-yard fun. There are cumulatively 116 million pieces release information, collecting pictures, file data such as 500GB. The daily average clickthrough rate of this platform has reached 100 million times above. The system operating normally, therefore we got over-fulfilled anticipated target.
