It plays an important role as to be a kind of invisible resources in social production and living. Information management technology has been widely applied in social production life as to be an important aspect of information application, , and promoted the computers'widely used in the field of business, engineering, military, medicine, education management. Many countries in the world has researched the information technology steply. Due to accelerate the dissemination of information,each country has operated with others, thus it makes the information becomes a kind of no national boundaries Shared resource. All of these have shown that information has become the theme of competition and development, and also determined that the information management will towards to a direction with more scientific and accuracy.At present, the has become an indispensable tools amoung colleges and universities teaching.Many colleges and universities that use courses system have a courses management system to match it, and its function can achieve the management in database. But it is difficult to manage considering to the quantity of sudents number, usage and date files So we still need to develop a courses management system that with high efficiency and perfect function to complete alternative courses work. We want to develop a courses management system which has a perfect function is to achieve students' course selection work smoothly, achieve the credit system teaching,and manage alternative courses system's huge database background of information more convenient, and achieve the hierarchical management of the alternative course system. Courses management system is able to manage the background database, complete the management of three-stage course selection and each phase of needed background operation.This thesis mainly studied and designed platform which is based on Visual Studio 2005 Professional. We are using c #, backstage is supported by SQL Server 2005 database, finally achieve the TSCSMS's basic functions and composition is based on c # (Three Stages Selection Management System, rats TSCSMS).The system is based on three hierarchical structures of B/S mode. Users can realize elective course of common functions through three stages of the design course subsystem,. Emphasis is the three courses stage separately function design and achievement. Through three stages of the management subsystem of the design can make the administrator complete the backend database daily maintenance and modification work. Through designing the oval button to make the administrative homepage more novel, artistic, and achieving the administrators'using more original and slinkly. Through rebuilding students'query function to make managers'management more convenient and efficient. Amoung which, we mainly introduced how to design management course in three phases reasonable, and to achieve the fair principle, And how to design a link could be chose random, and through random choice we can complete phased course. This system's operation is convenient, quick and stable, so it can meet the needs of didactical management better.
