| With the rapid development of the economy, people's living standard has gradually increased. While satisfy the material life, people more and more concerned about the quality of health services. After years of development, China's medical and health services has made considerable progress, many major disease have been resolved, but the level of hospital service has not kept pace with the progress of time. For many hospitals in cities, improve the service quality and service efficiency of patient registration has always been an important part need to be resolved. Patients with medical treatment, often facing "registered difficult" predicament, these shortcomings are extremely unfavorable for timely and effective medical treatment of people and the development of medical and health undertakings in China. Based on these analyses above, this paper presents to design a registration system of medical clinic appointment; patients can easily complete the outpatient registration using the computer throughout network. It is not only can effectively reduce the waiting time for seeking care, but also can make patients fully understand the basic situation of hospital and related doctors.This paper describes the theory technology, system design and implementation process of medical appointments registration system based on .NET technology in detail. Based on detailed research the current situation of the hospital patient registration, analysis the needs of patient for the business processes, system functions and so on, determine the system using ASP.NET technologies, XML technologies, ADO.NET database access technology, and these theories and technologies are described in detail. This paper also deeply discusses the key technical difficulties involved in system design and implementation progress. Finally, starting from the security of the system, described the security design of the system and the performance evaluation methods.Tests show that the system offers a better design to achieve the desired goal, but there are still some gaps and areas worthy of study. Hope with the continually development and mature of .NET technology, new design ideas and methods can applied in this system. |
