As development of science and technology, higher requirement of electricity meter automatic testing is needed in science experiments and production. How to make full use of existing standard power source and the computer component of the automatic verification system instrumentation is the current measured at all levels and departments are facing urgent problems. AC-DC multi-functional standard power source control system to solve this problem is developed. Control system through the computer program control existing MN5200 standard power source, in order to achieve semi-automated instrument verification process.AC-DC multi standard power source control system is based on .NET framework 1.0 for development, with simple, user-friendly, powerful, and low computer hardware requirements. The whole system was designed with object-oriented design methods to improve the system design speed while simultaneously reducing development effort. The system uses C # as the main programming language, using VB.NET to call the Office application programming interface to implement custom formatted reports. The number of data storage, the system uses the Access database. In the development process, the full application of the hierarchical design concept, through the layers of the main program calls library system functions, making the whole system architecture with a high cohesion and low coupling, and easy maintenance.This paper describes the system using the Unified Modeling Language design process, analysis of the standard source of AC-DC multi-functional standard source control system design and implementation process, including: requirements analysis, design, detailed design, system implementation and other issues. In the implementation process of the narrative, the author focuses on the standard source and computer communications, the standard source virtual panel, test process control and user-defined implementation process of the report format. The key technical problems for the system, the author focuses on doing the same time gives a detailed source code.
