The standard device of the signal source and attenuator is playing an unreplaceable role in the parameter's unification of the quantity and value , The accuracy of verification results not only directly affect the success or failure of space launch , but also the effectiveness of tracking measurement. This paper mainly discusses the building process of standard device of the signal sources and attenuator, which use FSMR26 as main standard instrument,on this basis, the method for automatic test is studied , a corresponding test system which meets the requirement for value transmission is established, a verification scheme for standard instrument is proposed by method SPC and implemented successfully.This article analyzes the working method ,the realizationg of verification by using testing receiver as main standard instrument ,.According to the demand on dissemination of value, chooses the related equipments to set up a metrology standard unit up to the requirement, determines hardware composition for the system. Testing receiver, control principle of signal source, interface technology of GPIB was studied, also includes the software structure of automatic test system , test software's basic functions and its realization method. It mainly researches how to use GPIB card to control the signal output of signal source and the receiving measurement of testing receiver, implements controling the instrument virtually by programming,,thus realizes the automatic test function, establishes the database of equipment type and measured parameter.On the basis of analysis on testing receiver's working principle, technical index, verification data which given by higher measurement departments,and some of actual situation,such as laboratory environment, measurand, automatic test software, this paper evaluates all the uncertainty components of the standard system, obtains the expanded uncertainty , realizes the establishment of standard device of signal source and attenuator.Then verifies its repeatability by using massive experimental datas . The results showed that the system can meet the demand on dissemination of value.Finally, this paper designs a verification scheme for standard instrument by method SPC and implements it , in detail investigates the judgment of process exceptions . The scheme ensures the measurement standard, operator, environmental condition etc. meets the requirement of measurement uncertainty , timely discovers the trend of changes on process, moreover, take corresponding preventive measures or corrective action to keep testing and calibration under stepless quality control.
