The Study On The Product Document Real-time Management Model

With the improving of technology and Chinese comprehensive national strength, big complex mechanical product is significant for our country and the life of people. But the accident that train D301 rear-ended D3115 gave everyone a warning. In order to avoid this kind of accident, people began to think about the product management methods of big complex mechanical product. If people wanted to control the product effectively and improve the safe of operating, we should study the method of product management.Firstly, this paper writes out the background of the product document real-time management model which comes out and the research status of product management methods. The main study is for the product document real-time management model. The research objects are to build the model covered designing, product and MRO and use it for management. Secondly, this paper writes out the main four technologies used in the model. They are MES, BOM, MRO and material tracking. And this paper describes the main contexts of four technologies. Thirdly, this paper analyses the product document real-time management and writes out the model. It also describes the model for designing, product and MRO period. At last, this paper designs a product document real-time management system for CRH3, and introduces the function.The purpose of this paper is to build the product document real-time management model for big complex mechanical product. In this paper, we build the model with different technologies for different periods. The result of this model can improve the product data and information management. At the same time, the product documents can be used in the following production.
