Design And Implementation Of The Web-based Teaching & Learning System Based On B/S

With the development of the network technology and teaching, increasing universities carry out the teaching and the curriculum management by using the network. How to establish the interactive assistance teaching platform which including student's learning situation monitoring, curriculum management, online test, interactive of teachers and students and improving quality of instruction is becoming an issue that attracts anyone.This paper analyzed the existing assistance teaching system and found that most of the teaching system presenting the textual teaching materials or lectures simply, the course content was rather empty, not meeting the unified planning for course according to the teaching goals. What' more, Internet only provide some sectional scripts and test banks, without giving learners a imitative and authentic learning environment, so as to lack a number of practical problems to solve. Furthermore, the current education system can't provide the learners with team collaboration,role play, discussion, problem-solving study, so the learners only accepted teaching content passively or went to the forum to express their views.Assistance teaching system based on Web provides a solution for these problems, this paper analyzes the technology on the base of the related teaching theory, and applied JSP, Wiki,Web to the assistance teaching system successfully. Meanwhile, this paper positively explored from the perspective of combining the theory and practice, according to the design principles based on Web assistance teaching system, built the design model of assistance teaching system based on Web, discussed the presentation of the resource in the system, and curriculum implementation procedure and evaluation, put forward a Virtual Learning Community platform as a teaching platform for interaction, used Random Access Teaching method in teaching. And it paid practice on Computer Culture basics. This kind of mixture model based on between web assistance teaching and traditional teaching, highlighted the dominant position of students and guidance of teachers, and improved students learning effectively. The last part of the thesis summarized the research work and put forward some suggestions about how to perfect teaching system and reform the curriculum teaching. In addition, the innovation of this thesis is to use Wiki technology to create a Virtual Learning Community, and combine Case Teaching with Random Access Teaching.
