Problem-Based Learning has been one of the popular pedagogical strategies these years. Built on the base of information processing psychology and Cognitive psychology, PBL which is named as "a widely used core method" belongs to the category of constructivist learning theories. As a pedagogical strategy, it's characteristic of "problem solving", and its target is to cultivate the abilities of knowledge obtaining, problem solving, and independent collaboration during the learning process. In this sense, PBL's character and target are not only coincident with the goal of basic education innovation in our country, but also consistent with cooperative (collaborative) learning, inquiry learning and compressive learning and other advocated learning modes in primary and middle schools nowadays. In the background of basic education innovation, with the development of network education, people pay more attention to the research of PBL-online. PBL instructional design in the network environment has been more cared as popular topic of research.On the other hand, as a member of Web 2.0, Wiki makes it possible to collaborate and co-create on website. For present, current use in education is still at the beginning at home and abroad. Open, corporative, co-creative and sharing, these characters are coincident with the requirements of PBL. Wiki makes the students work hard together for the delivered problem, help each other, communicate equally to solve the problem, so that they become the real master of learning. Fully stimulate initiative and develop creative spirit, Wiki system can promote collectivity qualities. Collaboration learning during discussion is a good example.This thesis is aimed to discuss the feasibility of wiki use in PBL, to find how to promote the PBL more efficiently from both theory and practice view. After pointing out the deficiency of traditional PBL, the author discusses the operability of wiki use in PBL pedagogical strategy. Use the current web PBL experience for reference, the author puts forward the WikiPBL mode with the core of flexible grouping. How to advance problem based group collaborative learning? How to construct PBL community in a wiki system? How to build up individual responsibility system and how to inspire responsibility sense of group members? How to evaluate the study effect of PBL? With these questions, the authors developed the WikiPBL system individually, in the aim to find solutions in practice. The author hopes this is a meaningful research.
