Nowadays, the most important thing of IT is to offer services based on the technology within budget and on time because of the more and more expectations of the technology by the businesses and government. More and more enterprises change the single service delivery model into cloud computing. Because it has the great flexibility, collaboration and speed never seen before. In the past, enterprise informationalization is usually realized by buying servers, storage and networking equipment. But now the cost is degraded greatly since the cloud computing platform based on network appeared. It is not needed to buy complex IT equipment and master the IT technology very well for the companies any more with the information management realized. Cloud services make the enterprises be able to pay attention to the business. Then the advanced technologies from the enterprises can be got and extended anytime and used on-demand.
