In recent years, it is very important in the bridge monitoring because of the bridge accidents. The bridge monitoring system is also a very important issue. At home and abroad, each layer's function, data frame form, the uniform interface between different layers and each layer's standard management in the protocol stack are considered few in wireless bridge monitoring system. In traditional monitoring system, a large number of data from the sensors should be transmitted to the control center through conductor. It increases the installation cost, prolongs the installation periods and may reduce the reliability of the system. To solve these problems, the paper proposes a set of the MOAP, applies to wireless bridge monitoring system, and achieves good results.The paper firstly introduces the topology of the wireless bridge monitoring system, data collection processes and functional modules. With the comparison of several other protocols, it describes MOAP wireless communication protocol, and detail introduces the three-tier structure (physical layer, data link layer and application layer). Finally, through the nodes of the wireless sensor network target tracking of dynamic optimization, it establishes the model simulation and data packet transmission, and embeds MOAP into the PC software. It shows high reliability through the specific application and meets the work requirements and achieves the desired functionality.
