Design And Realization On The System Of Medical Ultrasound Digital Image Information Management

The system of ultrasound image information management can acquire and store ultrasound image, in the same time, realize informational management of ultrasound diagnostic and other functions, that has brought great convenience to the clinical work and is a major scientific and technological progress in the history of ultrasound diagnosis. However, with the increasing popularity of system applications, users'demands are increasing. Currently, the deficiencies of ultrasound imaging information management system is gradually emerging:single function, litte intelligence and so on. As a result the system of ultrasound image information management can not be widely recognized by the majority of health workers. To solve the shortage of the existing image information management system, this paper combined with the experience of the doctors who used the ultrasound machine, research and development of a new set of multi-function image information management system of the ultrasound.The system achieved image acquisition, processing, preservation and the management of the basic patient information. At the same time, The standardized diagnostic templates is based on the expert database. Doctors no longer have to fill out the reports of the diagnosis themselves, only need to fill out the basic medical data to complete the diagnostic report. On the same time, they can also define the data base according to their individual needs and habits. Preliminary tests show that, the use of the system can significantly improve the efficiency of doctors. On this basis, the function of intelligent diagnostic is introduced, which is rule-based expert system. By the communication between doctors and the system, the system provide doctors knowledge, experience, method and model to help doctors accurately in the diagnosis and treatment of the entire process, and it provides a reasonable treatment plan to avoid misdiagnosis which is caused of the subjectivity or lack of experience and others, but also can reduce medical treatment effectively.The specific design and realization of the establishment of medical ultrasound imaging information management system and rule-based expert system for intelligent diagnosis is studied. By the idea of "come from practice, return to practice ", the design of the system becomes more practical, function of the system becomes more powerful. Through the initial performance testing of laboratory, the system can satisfy the users'requirements of capacity, real-time and stability. Through the used testing, the system can satisfy the original basic functional needs of the user. It can significantly improve the efficiency of health care workers and achieve the desired effect.
