Design And Development Of Industrial Remote Expert Diagnosis And Maintenance System Based On Intelligent Wearable Device

With the development of network communication technology,computer technology and industrial internet,mechanical equipment are becoming automatic,larger and complexer and makes the diagnosis and maintenance of equipment more intractable.Traditional diagnosis and maintenance methods can not meet the needs of today's complex equipment.Therefore,the development of new remote expert diagnosis and maintenance system is imminent.Based on the propose of industrial internet,this thesis designed and developed an industrial remote voice expert diagnosis and maintenance system based on intelligent wearable device.Workers in the factory establish real-time voice communication to remote experts through the wearable smart wearable devices(smart helmet).Based on the problem description of the workers,historical problems and solutions in query diagnostic database and diagnostic knowledge base,and personal experience,experts feedback the result of the problem to the workers in time.In this thesis,the system based on the intelligent wearable device for the industrial remote voice expert diagnosis and maintenance system has two characteristics.First,the system is remote.Workers can communicate with the remote expert through the system whenever and wherever,so that experts do not have to be present to the site and solve the problems quickly and efficiently.Second,the intelligent wearable device has no screen.This design can not only simplify the operation of workers,but also enhance the endurance of wearable devices greatly.The structure of this thesis is as below.Firstly,this thesis introduced the present situation and defects of intellegent wearable devices.Then,based on intelligent wearable device,the design of remote expert diagnosis and maintenance system based on C/S structure is proposed,and the design and implementation of the server and the client are carried out in detail.Last,tests are carried out for the function modules of the system,which verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the design.
