The Research Of Telemetering Antenna Breakdown Intelligence Diagnosis And Maintenance

With the development of artificial intelligence (AI), there are the diagnosis techniques in a new phase,which is called intelligent diagnosis phase. In this paper, the author did some research on the intelligent diagnosis techniques, then proposed to using expert system to tackle the fault diagnosis problems of the Telemetering antenna system.For the characteristics of the diagnosis object,an integrated expert system was designed,which combined On-line examination and fault diagnosis and dynamic management,where the fault diagnosis software was mainly discussed. Have analyzed the Telemetering antenna system's special features,the acquirement of knowledge of the expert system constructed knowledge data base by means of the knowledge of domain expert through man machine interface. The knowledge express method based on rule and case were adopted as the knowledge express method,and the diagnosis reasoning was realized according to fault tree and statistic.In addition,this article according to in the practical workculmination line condition has not examined the data thecharacteristic,has also carried on the certain design to the antennacondition information gathering hardware : Gathers the antenna usingthe oscillationpick-up the vibration information,then carries on theenlargement after the enlargement electric circuit to the gatheringinformation,transforms after A/D inputs is loaded with the expertsystem PC machine to carry on the analysis diagnosis. Meanwhile hascarried on the analysis to the antenna main part common breakdown,carries on the detailed elaboration to the antenna breakdown diagnosisbasic principle and the signal analysing method.Simultaneously,the dynamic manage software was developed to manage the system. Through this module,system administrators can easily complete knowledge base of the system,such as management and maintenance deleted. thereby enhancing the efficiency of diagnosis.The overall looked like that,this system plan has the structuresimply,the expert system diagnosis efficiency high,is easy tomaintain and so on the merit,has the certain application value.
