In the marine development, marine resource exploitation area, acoustic positioning system are widely used at home and abroad. To position and track the underwater vehicle which equipped with acoustic beacons or transponders is the assignment of the acquistic positioning system, thus completing the measurement of aircraft's trajectory. This paper describes how to complete the four group echo signals in real time data acquisition and high-speed data transmission.To complete the four group echo signals acquisition and the high-speed data transmission and design the corresponding software in the embedded chips is the assignment of this paper.First,the paper studies the data acquisition technology around the home and abroad,and this design takes embedded chip DSP6416 and FPGA as the core processing chip. According to the system design requirements, this paper designs hundred million speed Ethernet connections and the USB connection. The paper also discusses the signal complete issue, and gives the standards based on the signal complete PCB design cycle; Second, according to the system design request, this paper completes the front part AD data acquisition; completes the first class data stroage;completes the whole broad logic control.The software design of DSP completeS the second class data storage; realizeS the Ethernet connection and the USB connection; completeS the control of the GPS and the underwater beacons. The present paper researches data acquisition and processing platform used in the trajectory of the underwater vehicle measurements, the digital processing board as a data collector for the simultaneous positioning system to provide reliable data acquisition, and to achieve the related control of underwater beacons.Many tests show that the design of the data acquisition processing broad complete the demand of the positioning system, the software and hardware go well, it provides the reliable support to the data's afterward processing.
