The high precision barometers have been applied widely in weather station, sounding balloon and sounding rocket, its precision directly works on the accuracy of weather forecast. Developing study of high precision barometers has very important signification for advancing domestic meteorological observation, promoting domestic sensor technique and key measuring equipment domestically produced.Aiming to the require of meteorological observation service, the silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor is used as the sense organ to measure press. The output signal of conventional silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor is nonlinear in full-scale range, and it has larger temperature coefficient, its zero and sensitivity will come into being heat drift with temperature variation, consequently make its accuracy get bad. Only improve upon the material and the technology can't meet the need of high accuracy atmospheric pressure measurement, must combine digital technology artifice, achieve the purpose of temperature and linearity compensation, improve the measurement accuracy. This article researched the sense organ principium and optimized the technology design, then through the hardware circuit design compensated the press signal temperature drift and nonlinear. A MCU is used to be the core part of signal processing and data extraction arithmetic, combine high resolution A/D transform circuit and software signal filtering design to realize the press and temperature high precision signal acquisition, LabVIEW software is used as the auxiliary mean for data analysis and arithmetic emulate, help get the best fit temperature compensation arithmetic, realize the arithmetic in the MCU system. In the end, through the test result analysis validates the feasibility of this design.
