The classic sensor input and output characteristics are nonlinear and vulnerable to the working environment, resulting in temperature drift, and its performance is measured objective parameters to zero or a constant value, when the change in ambient temperature, the sensor voltage or zero output value changes, which bring to the measurement error. This article is for pressure sensors exist in the practical application of the design temperature drift compensation system. This system uses software, hardware, a combination of methods, based on BP neural network, implemented in Lab VIEW platform.In this design, the hardware part is mainly used in diffused silicon pressure sensor, Pt100temperature sensor, PXI bus system; Some of the major software using Lab VIEW software. P pressure sensor output will be the influence of temperature, measured with a temperature sensor temperature T, the data collected by the PXI bus internal to the computer through the data of BP neural network training, which uses temperature compensation device for temperature compensation, come to the final output value P’is the corrected value, through the experimental results can be seen that this simple instrument compensation, compensation works well.
