Along with the rapid development of information technology, especially in the era of widely used Web2.0 cultural, People's life, study, work manner gradually changing. These changes affect social industries; the change of school education also has far-reaching influence. Web2.0 culture has gradually infiltrate the school education, Compared with the traditional school education, it affects the study way, the study goal, the learning process, and the evaluation method, etc. Meanwhile, in the background of Web2.0 culture, new learning concept is in constant emerging, how to effectively direct the construction and application of high school Special Study Site, to service the students' learning, eventually lets student get effective learning, it is the problem need attention and solve.This study, with Learning2.0 concept as the guiding ideology, reflected in the construction and application of Special Study Site.Of high school, to guide practice teaching in the general technology subject of high school, The author mainly to complete the following three areas:First, the author collected a large number of documents, sorting and analyzing the current situation of Special Study Site's construction and application with content analysis method. Meanwhile, to summarize and classified the development meaning and features of Learning2.0 concept. And investigate the needs of Special Study Site under Learning2.0, completes the prophase work of Website's construction and application. Then, illustrated by the Special Study ite of General Technology, through the consults and interviews with the first teachers, Understand the general technical discipline nature and discipline construction conditions, and their actual demand in teaching process. Choose good construction software and tools, set up the Special Study Site of General Technology.Finally, with Learning2.0 concept as the guiding ideology, with the of as the platform, launching a two-month instructional practice of General Technology activities course based on the Special Study Site in Class 7, Grade 2, of Ruo Heng high school. According to analysis the results of interview and questionnaire survey with the teacher and individual student's, initially draw the teaching activities under Learning2.0 concept with the Special Study Site of General Technology is helpful to improving the high school student's information literacy and cultivating the consciousness of everyone attending, emphasizing dialogue and communication ability, also rich the construction of general technical discipline. Providing some helps and enlightenment to the general technology practice class based on Special Study Site under Learning2.0 concept.
