It is precisely provides technical support and practical application of platform for the development of SNS.SNS Web site which is a new type of social networking site, is not only based on the authenticity of the communication, but also expands the user's personal networks. It shows hot trends. Therefore, it is very important to study the SNS website on web cultural perspectives for its localization Development.This paper first defined on the SNS website categories, and then elaborated the theoretical basis of the SNS website, as well as the development of the status quo at home and abroad. It focused on the communication characteristics and values of SNS sites, which laid a theoretical basis for the cultural analysis below. ChapterⅢfocused on analysis of the SNS network culture, the article first overviewed the network of cultural studies which have been summarized, and then formed the network of cultural meanings which have four aspects of behavior culture, physical culture, mentality cultural and institutional culture. At last, it concluded five characteristics of the network culture and "double-edged sword" effect of the network culture.The fourth chapter analyzed the development dilemma of the domestic SNS sites which is based on the analysis of network culture of the domestic SNS sites. At the same time, the paper put forward some countermeasures for SNS websites which is based on the characteristics of SNS web culture.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in two aspects.
