Three-dimensional geological modeling, which could provides the basis of research and analysis for researchers, is a hot research field in the zone of geological exploration. This paper analyzes how to establish the mathematical model of the three-dimensional geological body, and analyzes and researches these models in detail, and establishes the final mathematical model after comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each model. Besides that, this paper describes in detail the tools and process what are used in the developing process. In the process of generating three-dimensional geological body, this paper focuses on the point insertion method which uses to form Delaunay triangulation, and pointes out the lack of this method, and completes the construction of the Delaunay triangulation with the improved incremental insertion in the actual modeling process. For details:Firstly, maps the three-dimensional coordinates to the two coordinates, and build Delaunay triangulation by the improved incremental insertion method in the two-dimensional coordinate system; and then, joins the Y and restore to three-dimensional coordinate system to complete the building of Delaunay Triangulation Net. Finishing the building of Delaunay Triangulation, it uses linear algorithm to give some interpolation to Delaunay triangulation to form a grid model, by with achieves the three-dimensional simulation. Finally, this paper does the cutting operation to the three-dimensional geological bodies so as its internal structure could be observed from any angle. Overall, this paper researches how to build the three-dimensional geological model and how to achieve its visualization, and builds a three-dimensional geological body's simulation prototype system, completes the visualization to three-dimensional of geological bodies. What's more, in this system, the cutting open of the three-dimensional geological body can be observed and analyzed from any angle, and the overall three-dimensional geological can be observed, zoomed, and cut and so on from any angle.
