Research On Collaborative Task Management System

Collaborative task management system as a new type of collaborative system, in the government agencies, IT, telecommunication, manufacturing, electrical appliances, medical health and many other areas has broad application prospects and high application value. As a result of an unreasonable task assignment, task management confusion, difficulties in the task feedback and many other restrictions. Secondly, for the task assignment, knowledge management, particularly in the real-time communication, proposed collaborative task management system's core engine, and has constructed system architecture on the base of the core engine. Finally, in order to avoid the result of an unreasonable task assignment, such as task management and task trees confusion and other issues, we carried the comprehensive consideration on the impact factors for the task assignment, gave the detailed formalization. We chose the task assignment mechanisms and the methods of choice, we made the combination of the degree of closeness and integrated value to select the appropriate of the task executor, made a task assignment strategy based on the dynamic impact factors.
