The article mainly focuses on the whole scheme of Quality-controlling system in theHarmony Type Diesel locomotive Maintenance Base. Based on the main thinking of Ministryof Railways for locomotive maintenance management and research into related systems bothat home and abroad, the article attempts to clarify the design aim, design principles andguidance thinking, that is, the system covering the work management and maintenanceprocess of Harmony Type Diesel locomotive Maintenance Base can adapt to maintenancepipelining and the automation of equipment, realizing the informatization of maintenance andachieving the aim of quality-controlling..The article introduces the production process, maintenance process, techniquemanagement process and maintenance technique process of Harbin diesel locomotivemaintenance base, making clear the relationship between quality-controlling system andrelated information system and the functions the system should achieve and the exact modulesduring the realization of process. The design has two characteristics in function, one is torealize the possibility that users can look up the documents and video information of charts,techniques, fixing process needed during the process of maintenance at the workshop,improving the efficiency of maintenance. The other is to realize the closed control for themaintenance pipelining of key parts, forcing the process of marked maintenance, recheck andacceptance. During the scheme of system-level realization, I make use of two applied modes---J2EE structure and C/S,B/S, making the unified connector scheme for all the equipmentand choosing advanced exploring tools to make sure of stability, efficiency, availability andrationality.During the design, my task is to complete the demand analysis, function module designand system overall scheme design. At present, the system has been tested and is under trial stage. The experiment shows that the system can satisfy the demands of uses in both functionand property and is quite right in the information exchange and equipment connector designs.We believe with the application of the whole system, uses will put forward some newdemands and find some errors in the original design and the design scheme will be perfectedfurther.
