Research On Factors Influencing Passenger Ticket Checking Efficiency Of Shenyang North Railway Station And Countermeasures

With the rapid development of Chinese railway industry and the continuous improvement of passengers' quality requirements for railway passenger transport services,the design and construction of railway passenger transport stations are more for passengers'safe travel,convenient travel,and warm travel considerations,and optimize and improve.During the national holidays such as Spring Festival,Qingming,May Day,Dragon Boat Festival,National Day,New Year's Day and students' summer and winter vacations,the passenger traffic carried by the station will increase significantly,especially on the day before and the last day of the holiday.Concentration,so the nodes that need to be queued through the window and gates are prone to lack of capacity and even cause passengers to be congested.In the process of studying this process,the two links of passengers entering the station are particularly important,that is,real-name ticket inspection and ticket checking,how to optimize and improve the distribution of staff and the layout of passenger transportation facilities based on theoretical research and analysis,and organize the passenger flow of the station.It has important guiding significance and needs to be studied in detail.This paper is aimed at the phasing out of the ticket sales of electronic ticket in China's railway passenger station,and how to use it scientifically and rationally,including:changing the method of real-name ticket checking,appropriately extending the time of early ticket checking,and increasing the number of ticket opening artificial ports.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to achieve the minimum investment of manpower and equipment to meet the needs of passengers in the new situation.This paper analyzes the characteristics and research status of individual ticket checking process in passenger station,analyzes the factors affecting passenger ticket checking process and the rules of passengers in the ticket checking process,and uses Anylogic to establish a passenger ticket checking process simulation model for railway passenger station.Focus on the peak data of passenger volume transmission,simulate the ticket inspection link of the railway passenger station,and then analyze the results.Through the establishment of the simulation model of passenger check-up process in Shenyang North Station,Anylogic can better describe the movement process of passengers from a microscopic perspective,visually observe the movement trend of passengers during peak times,and grasp the law of passenger movement.Taking Shenyang North Railway Station as an example,we found out the main links that affect the passenger departure process,and studied the time of the ticket gate under the real-name system.Through the experimental data,the cut-off values of 600,800,and 1000 are obtained,and the real-name ticket checking proposals for the four ranges of passengers[0,600],[600,800],[800,1000],and[1000,+?)are respectively given,including The method of real-name ticket checking(after inspection or after inspection)and the number of open ticket gates and artificial ports.Finally,through the study of the relationship between the number of passengers sent and the time of early ticket checking,the empirical calculation formula of ticket checking time is given to solve the problem of special number of passengers(that is,the number of passengers who have sent more passengers than the scheduled number of passengers in the fixed ticket checking scheme).The problem of determining the early check-in time for difficult trips).In this paper,the research on the micro-simulation of the passenger departure process in the waiting area of the railway passenger station will help the daily operation management of the passenger station,especially focusing on the cancellation of the traditional paper ticket and the use of the electronic ticket.The impact and changes,e-tickets will be implemented in a large number of passenger stations in China,under the conditions,the number of tickets in advance,the number of ticket gates and the scientific layout of human resources,and the method of ticket checking can meet the actual situation.Demand,these have very important practical significance in the work of the passenger transport sector.
