H.264is the latest MPEG-4standard definition formats,but also the technical content, onbehalf of the-art video encoding technology. With the wide range of applications of the H.264video, H.264video encryption technology has gradually become the focus of attention andmuch-needed research.The stream cipher encryption speed real-time good and suitable for the large amount ofdata and real-time requirements of high real-time video encryption. Based on the Gstreamerstreaming media rfamework, a H.264real-time video system developed, and on this system forthe NAL unit load the stream cipher encryption and decryption,high strength encryption ofvideo data achieved. In this paper, the concept of the key stream pool proposed and thetraditional stream cipher encryption and decryption model improved, making the model moresuitable for the actual stream cipher encryption and decryption application. In the process ofH.264real-time video encryption and decryption, synchronous stream ciphers and streamciphers update developed on the basis of the key stream pool concept. This article is alsodesigned to achieve a stream cipher key and iv generation and transmission of programs. Thetest results show that the system is able to provide a clear real-time video, encryption anddecryption delay only0.0002seconds, the overall delay of0.39seconds, has a strong real-time.This encryption scheme is a high strength encryption of video data, video codec separated withvideo encryption and decryption phase, for the actual development and application.
