With the sustained development of society, market conditions and customer needs areconstantly changes. Business should adopt systems integration that the combination ofseveral existing systems with quick and low-cost, and making it a more powerful, unifiedand transparent control platform to addess this powerful. Among then, it is the key ofsystem integration that how to effectively implement function interoperability and dataconnectivity among the various systems. In this paper, a comprehensive analysis of theresearch status on the basis of the process of system integration of heterogeneous databasesynchronization issues in-depth study.Firstly, for data connectivity between subsystems, proposes the enterprise projectcollaboration model by composted of application layer, agent layer, data layer. In themodel, the interaction function interface is defined based on HTML and XML standard,shields interface heterogeneity of multiple subsystem, solves cross-platform schedulingamong heterogeneous subsystem, and achieves functions interoperability amongsubsystem.Secondly, the paper implements a share access of heterogeneous databases bases onthe achievement virtual integration of multiple geterogeneous databases using existingAgent technology. In the Agent, the global agent distributes command to the local agent,and implements a virtual integration of heterogeneous databases and shared access. Inaddition, Agent monitors data synchronization using data synchronization listener in realtime. And the global agency tests system using data synchronization detector in periodictime and generates synchronization commands to resolve the data synchronizationproblems of heterogeneous database of collaborative system. And the last, dataconnectivity between subsystems is achieved.Finally, the data synchronizations model is applied to "a project control andmanagement system", and it shows the availability and effectiveness of the model and thecorrectness and real-time of the data synchronization mechanism. In addition, comparedwith other data synchronization mechanism, Agent-based data synchronization mechanism is more real-time and accuracy.
