Analysis And Design On Digital Tourism Service System For The Destination Of Tai'an

Tourism informatization is the powerful driving force and the major trend of modern tourism and it is also an important means for participating in the competition of international tourism market. With the rapid development of the current information and network, in order to better meet the arrangements and requirements of the national and provincial tourism on informatization, seize the opportunity of the opening of Beijing-Shanghai express railway and meet the demand of the growing tourists and the top-class tourists, the construction of digital tourism service system on high starting point and high standard is the most urgent subject of the management of tourism informatization for Tai'an government. In view of the rare opportunity for the development of the information technology and targeting at tourism service in Tai'an, this paper analyzes the issue of the construction of tourism destination digital tourism service system thoroughly and design the frame by adopting the methods of induction, systems analysis, demonstration analysis and integrating theory with practice, from the perspective of economics, software engineering and management.The paper makes a purposeful investigation on the current construction of tourism infornatization and ascertains its actual situation in Tai'an. An overall planning on constructing digital tourism service system in the destination of Tai'an is made and the comprehensive needs of the system are analyzed thoroughly. On this basis, this paper divides function modules accordingly, mainly including foundation database, communication service control platform, virtual tourism city, intelligent guides, intelligent monitoring scheduling, e-commerce, tourism search and multi-media digital tourism marketing system. Each system of the service functions and its implementation program are studied thoroughly and the analysis and design of integral frame of the system is completed, which accelerates the quick development of tourism informatization of Tai'an, improves the tourism service system, and completes the integrated service in the marketing to guidance of tourism information and to tourism product reservation on destination tourism web sites. It also provides an important carrier and platform for the integrated soft environment of constructing an overall economic and cultural strong city and international top-class tourism city.
