As the development of computer network technique, there are more and more applications based on computer network. Through Internet, People can use Distance Education Network, play computer game on the Internet Game Battle Platform, and watch movie and TV. And as the development of 3DTV technique, there are more and more product using 3DTV technique. Now more and more companies manufacture mobile phone, computer and television which is fit for playing 3DTV, and more and more movie makers design 3D vision of movie when design the normal vision of it. Now IPTV is very popular, and people can watch 2DTV through network, but cannot watch 3DTV using computer or other terminals through network. In order to solve this problem, this paper provides the solution of network 3DTV system based on P2P model.3DTV is a kind of streaming media, when designing this system, the transmission and controlment of 3DTV is combined with the RTP, RTCP and RTSP, which are popular streaming video protocols. And the method that the client can only receive one server's data is currently not fit for the network transmission, so in this paper, the system uses P2P network to transmit 3DTV data, which performs payload balance of server and makes use of network bandwidth effectively. In order to utilize the specialization of 3DTV, this paper design error detection in the client system, which guarantees that 3DTV can normal play when the network bandwidth is weaken.Finally, this paper realizes the network 3DTV system used P2P protocol based on the above solution, and people can watch 3DTV through the Internet. Experiment shows that the rate could reach to 5.3MB/s when transmitting media to one client using P2P and UDP protocol, and even the network gets worse, the normal playing function can be provided.
