With the rapid development of mobile Internet,people begin to pay more attention to the mobile-based industries.The accelerating pace of life that people need more practical knowledge to deal with the problem that people will face during the study and work,the traditional approach to learn can not meet people`s needs,mobile learning in people`s daily learning gradually occupy an important position.With mobile technologies and intelligent terminals continue to mature,people have begun to get knowledge using intelligent terminals and rely more on the service of mobile learning gradually.Two-dimensional code technology in the information storage capacity,the Chinese,images,sound and rapid extraction of information to support context-related information has a unique advantage,superior error correction capability. One-dimensional code can only be a simple marker of the items,two-dimensional code can carry more information of goods.To be an important mean of automatic collection of data,two-dimensional code technology will develop rapidly and apply widely.In this paper,the QR code has been described in detail which is one of the most widely used two-dimensional code,and a detailed two-dimensional QR code encoding and decoding description and a solution has been given.By comparing the various technologies in getting the context information,according to the advantages and disadvantages,and ultimately the two-dimensional code technology has been choosed to get the user`s context information.In this papet,through combining the mobile Internet technology and two-dimensional code technologies to design the mobile learning platform that support the context-aware.To use the features that the two-dimensional code can easily and accurately obtain contextual information,combined with the background of the mobile learning platform that can process data to provide users with reliabe and efficient service.The mobile learning platform including the three parts ,front,back and database,the front-end including user login,browsing information and two-dimensional QR code encoding and decoding,the back-end use Petri nets to model the learing process and reason,to take advantage of the user context information that has been known to provide the appropriate learning content to leaners.According to the decoding and encoding of the QR code,the platform can successfully support the context-aware,and provide a better service to users.
