In recent years,with the continuous development of industrial technology,the proportion of production automation in the actual production process also increased year by year.The requirements of the technical specifications of motion control precision and flexibility of NC equipment are also increased.With industrial development,fieldbus technology is widely used in the industry while also gradually to the decentralized,networked direction.However,the fieldbus technology still has many disadvantages,such as excessive standard,poor compatibility,high cost and low speed.It is difficult to meet the requirements of high precision and high flexibility in NC equipment.In addition,with the rise of network technology,network technology has received extensive technical support,has been rapid development.Its wide range of applications,uniform standards,low cost,fast speed and other characteristics are gradually recognized.The major industrial manufacturers have also proposed real-time industrial Ethernet based on network technology.And it is applied to the motion control of NC equipment to realize the technical requirements of the new industrial control field.But most of the real-time industrial Ethernet standards will use a dedicated network chip,the development cost is higher.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a real-time and efficient motion control scheme with high accuracy and high flexibility.This paper first analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional bus motion control system in its development process.Then,this paper proposed a real-time motion control method based on Ethernet communication technology.And this paper studied current network communication technology deeply.Based on UDP/IP communication datagram,the communication format of control datagram is redesigned.Then use it to achieve effective transmission and feedback control data.Using FPGA+PHY design structure to realize real-time data transmissioncommunication function.FPGA realizes the network packet unpacking and packet processing function and extraction of application data.Using the extracted data to generate the waveform needed by the shaft motion control,realize the motion control of the shaft.Finally,the communication format is used to carry out the transmission test of control data,and the corresponding experimental results are given.The transmission test of the control data is carried out,and the corresponding experimental results are given by using this communication scheme.The experimental results shown that the design has stronger real-time and stability,the equipment of multi axis motion control which basically meet the needs of practical application is realized,and the problem that existing real time communication technology in the application of complex and high cost is solved.It lays the foundation of the communication technology for the high performance industrial control system.
