To ensure access security, we identificate user by dynamic identity authentication technology. In current medical system, it can't provide first aid in time. To solve the problem, we describe a AVL technology based on RSSI algorithm and Mobile positioning technology. And we also provide The scheduling and controlling structure to give a best treatment schema.We describe a medical schema for community and personal by collecting CPS tech-nology, wireless sensor network, cryptogram and communication. Firstly, we introduce the general design shcema brifelty. Secondly, we give a detailed introduction of user teminal, secure call system, EMR, HIMS, expert system for diagnositc center and The scheduling and controlling structure of first aid. Thirdly, we give a implementation and demonstration. Our shema remove the limitation of current medical system, and improve the security, real time, flexiblity and intelligent.
