Wireless sensor networks technique is actually a huge revolution in information sensing and collecting areas, which shows a wide application prospects in various fields and will bring great impact on production and human life. Although there are some examples on wireless sensor network applications, yet due to technical and other reasons, it has not spread to people at all aspects of life and production. One major reason is the security issues of networks, since all applications require secure protection. As a data-centric network, data security in wireless sensor networks is especially important. So how to ensure data security in networks becomes even more urgent. In order to solve the data security issue in wireless sensor networks, there were two detection schemes proposed in this paper, which were used to detect data packets and malicious nodes in networks respectively. And together with the second scheme which also possesses an immune response scheduling model, the authenticity, validity and reliability of data and robustness of the network were finally achieved. To solve the problem of data authenticity in wireless sensor networks, a data identification and transmission scheme based on digital watermarking was proposed. To distinguish the abnormal data packets from the normal ones, a digital gene construction method was defined. The digital genes of data were constructed by using the characteristics of sending data at sending nodes. Digital watermark embedding and detecting algorithms were designed. Digital genes were embedded as digital watermark into the sending data. The simulation experiments illustrated that the abnormal packets in wireless sensor networks can be effectively identified, such as injected, repeated and random modified packets. Efficient transmission of data was achieved. To solve the problem of node authenticity in wireless sensor networks, a node identification and immunity scheme was proposed based on digital watermarking, the previous data identification and transmission scheme and the principle of biological immune system. And in order to detect malicious nodes in networks and carry out an aggressive confrontation strategy, a basic model of node identification and immunity model was presented and also compared with the biological immune theory. And at the same time the design of the model was given. The simulation experiments illustrated that the scheme can effectively identify the malicious nodes which send the false packets and achieve the network transmission security.
