Plasma in a pulsed discharge in water (PPDW) has the character of high-pressure,high-density and low temperature, low ionized degree. PPDW is about combined physical phenomena with sound,light,heat and mechanism process caused by high pulsed power discharge in liquid medium such as water. In this paper,on the basis of the predecessors designing pulsed discharge in water,I had transformed the pulsed power supply,optimized the performance of the charging circuit and improved the stability of the discharge circuit. SCR replaced the used gap ignition switch,is characterized by high-voltage capability,the gate signal microcomputer control system FM. Using this pulsed power system to make the water safe and stable pulse discharge operation, to achieve intelligent control circuits.We designed a separate gate control system, its function to achieve the frequency adjustment circuit, the total switch control, frequency display.To consider when making production control system and high-pressure part of the electrical connection, the understanding of the SCM functions and the preparation of master control program.Through software simulation and emulation, circuit and device layout and circuit board production and welding. Plate after the success of the reference frequency output waveforms for analysis, to achieve a frequency range of 0 ~ 100Hz, two-way thyristor control signal can be complementary.In the experiment, using grid voltage as the energy input, through the step-up transformer, high voltage ballast, the current limiting resistor and high voltage energy storage device and so on, to build into a subtle pulse generator, on the discharge gap for sustained pulsed discharge. Power supply voltage control the whole experimental range 0 ~ 10KV, frequency adjustment range of 0 ~ 100Hz. High voltage, current real-time waveform capture probe, the discharge circuit voltage, current waveform analysis and research to arrive at the work characteristics of pulsed discharge in water. Finally in this experiment based on the higher frequency pulse discharge in water.Finally in this experiment based on the higher frequency pulse discharge in water.In this paper, based on the SCR system, the general discharge circuit, high voltage energy storage devices and plasma technology combined with the water discharge, developed a complete set of equipment, implementation of water as a medium, can be stable to the water pulse discharge. The equipment will be intelligent and unity, by simple button operation to complete, protection of the safe operation of the staff.
