Turntable, which is the testing and simulation platform for inertial equipment, plays an important role in aviation, aerospace and defense. The performance requirement of turntable is in the continuous improvement as well as the continuous improvement of the precision inertial devices.A certain type of three-axis simulator is selected as the thesis's study background. Firstly, The turntable system's overall design, which includes the selection of platform's mechanical structure, motor, measurement device and controller, is given according the project's technical indicators.Secondly, modeling the three-axis turntable systems. The friction torque is the main factor that affects on low-speed performance of turntable. Examining how to inhibit the friction torque is important to improve the performance of hign-pricision low-speed turntable.Thirdly, this parper uses three control methods, that is PID Contrl method, Fuzzy Adaptive PID method and H? Robust Control method, to contrl this system. Then compares the low-speed performaces of the control systems designed by the three methods by simulation.Lastly, designing and debuging the hardware circuit of turntable control systems based on DSP. Then modeling and compensating the angular position error date measured.
