As a key hardware for hardware-in-the loop simulation and measurement inaeronautic, astronautic and ship guidance applications, the simulation turntableplays an important role in the research process of guidance weapons and so on.With the rapid development of aeronautic, astronautic and ship guidancetechniques, the performance and accuracy of turntable is needed to be improved.Accordingly, improving accuracy is the most important target for turntable. But itis limited by friction's influence. So, it is of important value to research on theanalysis and compensation of friction.Based on the background of turntable for test, this work analyses logicalcircuit realization of Turntable Servo System using the PLL theory, andresearches the method to realize the PLL with FPGA techniques. In the end, Idesign aTurntable Servo System control card based on the ISAbus.To the angle test system, this workbrings forward a method to test the timein theset angledistance and shows the structure of this system. Aswitched phasesensitive demodulation circuit and preventative dithering circuit are put forwardafter analyzing the phase sensitive demodulation theory. In the timing part, thiswork designs thetiming circuit and the logic of redundancy.In the end, according to the influence of friction, a new adaptive controllerbased on observer which is proved by the Lyapunov theoryis designed. It is usedin the speed loop, and on the performance of simulation this controller has anobvious compensation to friction, and is better than PID controller. Furthermore,to the periodic disturbance based on angle loop, this workputs forward a kind ofcomplex control method which gives respective compensation to compensationfriction based on speed loop and to the periodic disturbance in the angle loop. Inthe speed loop, the above controller is used; to compensate the periodic disturbance, I use the neural network to realize on-line and off-line compensation.On the performance of simulation, this method has an obvious efficiency onreducing the influenceof friction and periodic disturbance.
