Along with the continuous improvement of people's living standards and the tourism resources being increasing wealthier, travel has become one of the major aspects of personal consumption. Nowadays, grouping tourism is one of the most important ways of the current tourism, as a result of which the management problems are more and more outstanding. The traditional way of managing visitors and tourists is the manual method, which involves guides leading tour members and introducing the related tourist attractions with headphones, loudspeakers and so on, as a result of which, there are several short-comings for the traditional way. Firstly, it will be a waste of time to check the information of tourists when arriving at the tourists centers if the quantity is bigger. Secondly, the guides must follow when enjoying the tourist attractions, in order that this can not reach the requirements of personalized travel tourist guide, and also attributes to the increasing workload and the low management level.The technical background of this subject is Radio Frequency Identification (RFID). As to the proposed problem existing in the management of tourist, in combination with the advantage of RFID technology in the intelligent management, this subject developed a kind of tourist team management system based on RFID, with microprocessor technology as the main control technology. This system has the characteristic of being personalized, automatic and intelligent, which can solve the problems existing in the management and has high practical value.This paper firstly identified the function requirements of the system, and then presented the basic components and working principle of the system, and raised the overall design of the system, and determined each working parameters and the chip selection of the system. This paper also introduced design and realization of the hardware circuit and the PCB of the reader and electronic tag in detail including main controller module circuit, RFID module, LCD module, power module, JTAG module, RS232 serial interface module, manufactured the prototype of the system. And then the anti-collision algorithm suitable for this system was put forward based on ALOHA algorithm, at the same time described the method of the software design which can realize the function of the system. Finally, the whole system was debugged from the software and the hardware to meet the requirements of the design.
