Automatic block system is one of the most important facilities to guarantee the security and high efficiency of railway. The ZPW-2000 series are the most advanced system in our country. The existent testing systems is used for railway electricity section to maintain and repair shift frequency equipments. However, testing system designed for manufacturers to test equipments before leaving factory is a vacancy. Nowdays, manufacturers adopt manual testing technique which is a waste of time and effort, needs plenty of instruments and doesn't conform to modern enterprise management.On the basis of research on shift frequency equipments testing system home and abroad and study of manual testing technique, this paper proposes a design of automatic test system for the receiver of ZPW-2000R automatic block system. This test system is the recurrence of manual test and the whole testing process hardly needs man's assistance. So, it has utilitarian value for improving testing efficency, cutting down expenses and eliminating interference from subjective factors.First, the principle of the receiver of ZPW-2000R automatic block system is discussed. Then, the whole design scheme based on DSP is given, according to manual test process. The test system consists of host computer and lower computer, and this paper focus on lower computer only.The hardware of lower computer adopts high-speed digital signal proceesor TMS320F2812 as core. With the assistance of signal generation circuit, amplitude adjusting circuit, multiplex switch, the lower computer realizes the provision of the receiver's input signal, data acquisition and processing and communicating with host computer through RS485. The principle and design philosophy of every module is expounded. The problems present within the process of debugging are summed up and discussed. Matters needing attention when PCB design is in progress are also given.The software of lower computer based on DSP is designed using CCS and XDS510 emulator. The software of lower computer realizes the test process of every parameter.As the test results are vulnerable to interference, a low pass digital FIR filter is designed. MATLAB is used to analysis the frequency content of the interference, then FIR filter is designed using FDATool and the filter effect is simulated under Simulink circumstance. Finally, the designed FIR filter is implemented on DSP.
