ZPW-2000R uninsulated frequency-shift automatic block system which is an advanced block system according with the situation of our country has been widely used in railway systems. However, the traditional test way of blocking system can not meet the production of new equipment and routine maintenance needs, the intelligent test system is needed to support the ZPW-2000R uninsulated frequency-shift automatic blocking system.Based on the advanced computer technology and high-speed digital signal processing chip , the intelligent test system researched in this paper which integrates the features of many instruments can automatically accomplish overall performance test of ZPW-2000R block system without any external devices. The test system can automatically save the test data and generate test reports. The efficiency and test accuracy has been greatly improved comparing to the traditional test.In this paper, the work conditions of each module under test are analyzed, and the parameters under test are sorted, the overall scheme of the intelligent test system is designed. This study focuses on software design and implementation of the upper computer, including the database module, the system registry and user management module, serial communication module, data processing and results display module, historical data management module, test results report generation and so on. According to the functional requirement of the software, the software flowchart is designed and the detailed code is programed .The overall function of the system is achieved by the link of every module.Combining the parameter estimation algorithm and theoretical analysis of probability and statistics debugging resistance distribution, the resistance debugging interval is optimized to shorten the debugging time of the resistance, which leads to optimized design of the intelligent debugging function in the test system and improves the efficiency of the resistance debugging.Finally, the software system debugging process is presented. After the preparation of lower computer simulation debugging software system, the testing program is verified whether the logic program is reasonable and whether the functions required can be achieved. In order to solve the problems occured in the debugging process, the worker thread design, data sources automatically registration and software encryption are added to the software system for the function improvements.
