In the integrated avionics system, Interface Control Document (ICD) is the basis of the definition of the interface between avionics internal devices and subsystems, and which is the important part of avionics system specification.Be aimed at the problem that are the redundancy in design and the difficulties in management and the lack of validation of protocol, which caused by traditional design and management models of ICD, the missile communication protocol aided design and validate software platform is developed to reduce errors in design ICD process, increase the extent of automation and the ability to validate precision in design and management of ICD, and therefore accelerate the overall design process of missile and reduce cost for developing missile.Based on the analysis of GJB5439-2005(avionics Interface Control Document requirements), this paper designed data model of of the ICD of universal avionics bus, store the information of ICD achieved by the use of technologies of database, provided visual aided design interface of protocol to edit various types of signal protocol, described the method of checking the validity of protocol to solve the questions such as the redundancy of communication protocols, inconsistency of protocol information, designed report template surport for standard and customizable format to output standard report of ICD, described the method of validation and distribution of precision of data element to validate and distribute precision by Matlab engine way.Modeling of the function of software, static structure and dynamic behavior according to object-oriented idea int software engineering and UML modeling tool, adopting database to deposit the information of ICD by SQL Server 2000 database, accessing data in database by the technologies of ADO, making report template by using Crystal Reports 9, developing the software on Microsoft enterprise platform, that isMicrosoft Visual Studio.NET 2005 framework.Software testing both in actual use and laboratory results indicates that the software can satisfy the needs of users, also can meet the needs of the function of design, management and validation of missile communication protocol, and the results also indicate that this software is not only reliable, but also generality and expansibility.
