Study Of Information System Expansion Project Quality Management

In recent years, project management technique has been applied to allindustry, and made the great contributions to social development. Projectquality management is an important guarantee to project success andcustomer satisfaction. The thesis aim to PM techniques study in-depth andpractical exploration.The thesis starts with project management knowledge hierarchy whichinclude of project difinition, project management feature, project managementframework and process. Then project quality management of informationsystem expansion is illustrated, through exploring the current status ofdomestic information system expansion projects as well as data analysis, thethesis raised the necessary of project quality management to IS expansionproject, and did a mass of research on project quality managementimplementation technique as follows:The first, monographer did the specific study to quality managementprocess in PMBOK, Deming Circle and Six Sigma modern managementtechnique. Based on the above development, and from the standpoints ofcompany position of executing IS expansion project, PDCC project qualitymanagement model is created. In the practical project, PDCC model analyzedall quality factors in project executing process, then find out the most effectfactor which is validated to need response, at last the project was completedwith high quality. The thesis developed a valuable reference for how todesigning project management policy in IT industry.
