Research And Design Of Education Management And Service System For Vocational College

This paper designed and implemented a teaching management service systemaccording the requirements of our college, based on the sufficient investigation, Wefirst gave a oveall design scheme of the teaching management system for highervocational colleges, including the system function module design and system databasedesign; Next, we studied the implementations of the database security system and partof the function module.The design and implementations of data exchange between heterogeneousdatabase was studied ,which guarantee the feasibility and practicability of thesystem.Focus is imposed on data sharing at all levels of the teaching managementservice in in all the departments of our college, which satisfied the needs of intelligentteaching management of the higher vocational colleges. Also, management serviceinformation maintenance platform is implemented. We also established a timely,accurate, comprehensive, rich teaching management information service platform,reasonablly integrated existing teaching resources, implemented dynamic andeffecient management of whole process of teaching management, which achieved theaim of integration of "teaching, learning and service" as one of the body, and ensuredthe quality of service of teaching management .
