Netted radar is an important direction of radar development. It is signalized to improve the target detecting and anti-jamming ability of the system. There are more needs of signal processing ability for netted radar system. To improve the subsistence capacity of netted radar, they must have enough signal processing performance to search and manage large numbers of data. Therefore, it is an important work to build high performance signal processing system.The parallel signal processing technology is a significant approach to enhance signal processing power of system, and is widely applied in the modern radar and communication systems, it can offer powerful digital signal processing capability, which is useful in radar signal processing. By designing scalable parallel processing system with many high performance signal processors, we can reconfigure the architecture of it for given arithmetic to improve the signal processing efficiency.This thesis accomplishes the design and realization of high-speed parallel signal processing system with ADSP TS201S. Then the system is used for signal processing of netted radar with reasonable arithmetic and assignment.The main works of the thesis include:1. The research and application of parallel signal processing technology. Firstly, the main factor which restricts the performance of parallel signal processing system is researched. Secondly, the signal processing technology of netted radar is analysised. Thirdly, the data association and fusion arithmetic is researched with parallel technique and is emulated by MATLAB. With the research on given problem, the requirements for both hardware and software are studied.2. Design of the parallel signal processing system. The hardware of parallel signal processing system is achieved by using ADSP-TS201S, and the debugging of sub-modules and communication of them is accomplished. The system is excellent on massive buffer, flexibility and scalability.3. The engineering application of the system. The data association and fusion arithmetic of distributed netted radar is researched and applied on the hardware system. Structure of the arithmetic is studied to assign task efficiently, and resource of the system is utilized adequately. By comparing the results of the system and emulational case, the parallel processing technology is good at increasing the real-time performance.
