The Research And Implementation On The Key Technology For Expert Reviewing SMS System

The mobile OA service is developed from the combination of mobile communication and enterprise office automation. The expert reviewing oriented Short Message System in the new period is facing the following new problems: no longer efficiency in message exchanging, inadequacy ability for automation processing, and insufficient assurance of user information security.Aiming at these problems, this paper puts forward a kind of expert message service for construction project, and gives the realization of a prototype system. It also analyzes all the aspects of SMS needs in project reviewing system with the integration and innovation combination method. The main work includes:(1) Based on fully investigation for currently SMS business service application. The paper analyzes and studies the text message service and application of industry in the current mainstream SMS spam filtering mechanism.(2) Through requirement analysis of the text message service system for expert reviewing, the paper designs a frame structure scheme, including the logic relationship, operation flow, database, JSON request directly interface, and SMS content presentation.(3) The key technical problems for realization of the short message service system are studied and solved, including legitimate messages intercept wrongly problem, expert information privacy security problem.(4) The short message service system for realizing function and pressure testing. The testing results show that this system is functional, reliable and stable.The outcome of this paper is one of the important parts of the project named "science and technology cooperation project reviewing system", which is developed by our university and Hunan science and technology department. At present the system has been deployed in scientific and technical prizes reviewing system.
