Its main function includes converting external analog signals voltage paramete into digital signals by ad converter, and digital signals are stored after FIR low-pass filtering and compression processing in order to be analyzed and dealed with.This paper studies the following questions:First of all, data acquisition part of the system mainly through its own on-chip 12-bit ADC achieve data acquisition of single channel signal. And data will be stored in memory after filtered and compressed. Data will be transmitted to the microcomputer via the serial asynchronous communication interface SCI, and will be stored in the form of Dat file. We can deal with the collected data. The entire process flow,the setting methods of AD sampling frequency,the main C language program of AD conversion projects and .cmd file configuration are proposed in this paper. The article analyzes the reasons for AD sampling error, and put forward a method of improving the accuracy of AD sampling. Experiments show that this method can greatly improve the accuracy of AD sampling.Secondly, part of digital filter design will add the coefficient calculated by MATLAB to the built CCS filter project to implement low-pass FIR filter design.Otherwise, when the frequency changes scope or variation law of the measured signal is not clear,the dynamic storage test system often uses higher sampling frequency which would create many test data and cause great difficulties in storage and transmission. The basic contradiction of dynamic measurement is the contradiction of the high data acquisition volume and limited system resources (that is the limited storage capacity) to resolve their conflicts. This paper attempts to use LZW dictionary compression method implement data compression, which has been verified through experiments. This paper introduces the characteristics of LZW dictionary compression in detail, and presentes a method that high 8 bit and low 8 bit of sampled datas respectively use LZW compression combined with the applications of this test system and the processing speed of DSP processors, which bring the DSP computing power into full play and greatly improve the compression speed.
