During the holiday, sudden large amount of SMS have been testing the stability of the messaging system. In order to satisfy the Spring Festival holidays which will occur large portfolio under the instantaneous impact, the SMS center needs not only stable, but also lose short messages as little as possible. This essay discuss an innovative way to make use of the memory cache to resolve the problem. This paper firstly studied memory cache feature and described the messaging system design ideas. Then do the process to realize the design idea. Furthermore, we made three tests on the memory cache system, and assessed the parameters of existing experience. Based on the embedding in the local one-dimensional search algorithm for hybrid particle swarm optimization the cache memory parameters were optimized, and was proved its applicability. Finally, with the current status, we used the optimized algorithm to predict business conditions on the 2012 New Year's messages. It was expected to improve system utilization and raise the company income. The memory caching function was proved to have the realistic meaning in the current network operating situation.
