Model And Indicator System Design Of Water Conservancy Project Public Opinion Information Analysis

Public opinion analysis is one of the basic work of public opinion monitoring. Currently, a large number of popular public opinion monitoring software in the market and the research content of the educational circles are mostly focus on the computer technology of the public opinion monitoring and public opinion analysis. Meanwhile, it is lack of theoretical research on the relative features of public opinion.In this paper, it takes the public opinion information of water conservancy projects as the main study object. It makes the Marx ? H ? Boisot "Information Space Theory" as the theoretical basis. It combines with the social characteristics of water conservancy projects, and analyzes the indicator system of public opinion information of the water conservancy projects.In this paper, it states water conservancy public opinion information, which is consisting of three dimensions, the code, the abstract and the diffusion. It analyzes of the feathers of water conservancy public opinion information from the fief, clan, bureaucracy and market four tribes. It extracts the four elements of public opinion, the release of public opinion, the spread of public opinion, the noumenon of public opinion and the receiving of public opinion. And it builds the indicator system of water conservancy project public opinion information analysis, which makes these four elements as the conceptual model.The indicator system of public opinion information analysis reflects the spreading character of public opinion information. It can choose the indicator and analyze the relevance of indicators according to the target.
