With the development of computer technology and internet, E-government, as modernization management and service method which result from a combination of information technology and management, is playing a important role in the practical work of government agencies. With the rapid popularization of mobile terminal represented by cellphone, mobile instant messaging (MIM) service play a vital part in E-government. The digital signature is widely used in mobile instant messaging as a valid technique which can meet the requirements of authenticity, integrity and non reputation. Therefore, it is of great importance to study the digital signature scheme of mobile terminal.The traditional certificate based public key cryptosystem is not suitable for use in mobile terminal because of low computational performance and the wireless communication bandwidth. The identity-based public key cryptosystem generate the private key with user's identity information, solve the problem of complex certificate management and high cost in certificate-based public key cryptosystem. Chose and improve an identity-based digital signature scheme, prove the security and analysis the valid of the scheme. The scheme not only has the advantage of identity-based public key cryptosystem, but also avoid the possibility of the forged signature by Private Key Generators, and provides the function of aggregate signature.For the purpose of versatility of the research, it does not research and design in certain mobile terminal, but build a complete research platform of mobile terminal software and hardware for the usage of digital signature from the perspective of portability, and do simulation on the platform. The complete application of the identity-based digital signature has been designed and realized on the research platform. It has been proved in practice that the identity-based digital signature can be better applied to the common mobile terminal of mobile instant communication, which has a broad research prospect.
