Design And Implement Of Fire Cases Playback System

After a fire-fighting there were often many valuable text, images, video and other information. The lack of standardized and uniform data collection work system, it led to many valuable data loss or incomplete many years later. For fire force commander, a wealth of practical experience is the most basic condition. A commander of the new era should be to learn how to learn from fire cases.Basing on research in fire forces fighting business needs and Computer Technology R & D platform, this paper presents a fire cases playback visualization system based on WorldWind and gives a concrete realization of the system. It includes case editorial management, case information, case tree navigation, space navigation (GIS) and dynamic playback presentations. It can synthetically display all key elements of a case. It implements case grade management application, fast query, element navigation, space navigation and dynamic playback simulation of fire-fighting operations. It's easy for fireman to discuss fire-fighting and summing up experience in guiding of fire and rescue.The main development of this system is Windows operating system; development platform is World Wind; develop programming with C # language and SQL Server database; in the development of interfaces, provides the latest Microsoft GDI + graphics development interface that can fully meet the requirements; in the database connection, the system uses ADO technology, which is based on COM components, and operation of the database has great flexibility. This system organically combines the multimedia technology and space graphics technology together. Not only provides users with easy and friendly user interface, but also through three-dimensional visual perspective, distinct layers of fire case presented to the user vis ually. It's going to play a great role in guiding fire and rescue work.
