| With the improvement of living standards,accelerated pace of life, the incidence of cardiovascular disease increased, become one of the main threat to human health. Diagnosis and prevention of heart disease has become the most important issue facing the medical profession. As a sudden heart attack characteristics, patients can not be long repose in the hospital, but need medical staff to get real-time monitoring, so the development of high performance portable ECG monitor for real-time detection of the electrical heart activity Signal changes, to keep abreast of the heart condition, the prevention and treatment of disease has important significance. In the existing medical and scientific background,highlighting the area of medical care has been toward personalization, portability and versatility of the direction,therefore such a system needs to conform to social development.As an important part of the ECG telemonitoring devices, the management and real-time playback system of medical signal is very important. The test data platform which is setted up for the system,can complete real-time playback for some common medical signal, it can also save on part of the interception of data records, playback repeatedly for our observations,and also can available to ECG researchers for thire using.In this paper, it complete the following aspects of the work:(1) First of all,we analysis a typical ECG waveform of the basic structure, give a brief introduction of the twelve-channel ECG,list main datebase generally used internationally. Details various features of log files in the database, according to the characteristics of database records,we read records in the database file follow specific format. This data is stored for future re-development, applied to simulation results a good foundation, and provide the basis for subsequent security management system. (2) Then, the system described the overall design in detail, including the design of software system and hardware system.The system is intended to provide a standard ECG for the ECG monitoring system, and the signal output to the ECG monitoring system can be used for simulation, while the different ECG signal for display, clip capture and real-time playback. Software system use modular design,it consists of three main modules:ECG data management module, signal real-time playback module and screen search browse module. ECG data management module is responsible for reading ECG date from the database in accordance with the format of a certain ECG records, for other modules to provide accurate ECG data. The signal real-time playback module responsible for ECG data output to the monitor hardware, while the ECG real-time playback on the computer. Screen search browse module display a static ECG waveform on the host computer,you can also view the waveform as a whole, but also to achieve the interception and recording of the fragment preserved, and to view the log file contents saved repeatly. Describes the specific processes of each module, and illustrate part of the functions.In the hardware system, according to the hardware requirements for the playback system,We mainly introduce the D/A conversion of the MP411 USB2.0 card-based,and illustrate the MP411's performance and the selection of ECG amplitude scale. Finally, describe its main microcontroller CY7C68013 chip.(3) Finally,we introduce software tools and key technologies used by the system, analysis the reasons of selecting the programming tool Visual C++6.0, explaine the role of each class on the MFC base class library,detail the most important MFC message Operation mechanism.Explaine related technologies used to achieve system functions, such as:the dialog box and menu operation, double buffering graphics, multi-threading technology, real-time dynamic waveform playback and so on..In this thesis, the work was well prepared, the function of each module has been well implemented after repeated testing. The system can be used as ECG-monitor's ECG signal source output ECG signal,can also be used for computer simulation and validation of ECG algorithm, provides the basis guarantee for remote ECG monitoring equipment. |
