The progress of information technology promotes applications of Management InformationSystem (MIS) based on web widely. Nowadays, every university or collage has built campusnetwork, and the staff can work with the net. The folw of information and the share of data are notsmoothly. Because develop platforms are different, and the format of data are not consistent. Thereare many functions and data on the network, they are redundant. These resources have occupied toomuch bandwidth and hardware space.This paper focuses on the demand of university or colleage information construction. Wedesign an architecture based on J2EE to develop data intercommunion system.On this platform,every user has his rights to use different functions. The platform is estabilished base on MVC designpatten. Struts framework and Hibernate framework are also included in, they are lightweightframework to develop Java web engineering. This design architechture make the tiers of programmore clearly, the workload is reduced, the code complexity is cut down. At the same time, thesystem is easily to maintenance and to upgrade.Based on the architechture which is presented in the paper, we design and implement anexample system–Undergraduate Educational Evaluation System. Firstly, we analyse generaldemand of the unveristy and colleage information platform, and further refine the demand to suit theexample system. Then we design the architch and module feature of the example system, implementthe functions are defined. In the last, through the example system, we verify the practicability of ourarchitchture.This platform adopts an architchture which is composed with popular Java web framework:Struts and Hibernate, which make the logic about the view, the business manager and the dataaccess. The structure is low coupling. The system is strongly in reliability, dependability,serviceability, extendibility, maintainability and more transplantable.
